煤炭机械化采制样系统新型旋转缩分器的设计

摘要: 讨论了提高缩分器缩分精度的重要性,分析了国内外对其的研究状况和国内缩分器的未来发展趋势,提出了新型缩分器的结构方案,并研究了在煤料下落过程中,圆锥布料器的布料位置和缩分精度的关系以及受料口的结构形状与缩分精度的关系,为缩分器的结构设计提供了理论依据。对当前使用缩分器存在的问题进行了分析并提出具体解决方案,从而进一步提高缩分器的缩分精度。

Abstract: The article illustrates the importance of improving the precision of splitwhich is important for Coal mechanical sampling, analysis the research status at home and abroad, proposed a new type of split device. A study of relationship between split precision and the structure or the position of inletvia the coal falling has been done.This study has been used for designing the new type of split device.At the same time, analysis the current problems in split device and put forward the concrete solution, improved the split precision of the split device to a new level, and make a powerful guarantee for mechanical sampling system.
